An 8 day trip, including 4 days in the places of the spirit among the beauties of Umbria and 4 days in the Marche.
In Umbria you will visit one of the most picturesque cities such as Assisi, the symbol of San Francesco which has a beautiful medieval village, full of unique monuments and places of interest. "The green heart of Italy" as Umbria is called, is dotted with hills and gentle slopes, castles, parish churches, abbeys and medieval villages. The farmhouse that hosts you also offers yoga courses and free walks in nature, by bike or on foot, in the park that surrounds the property and which measures a total of about 480 hectares of land.

After Umbria we move towards Marche passing through the famous Frasassi Caves, for a dive among the stalagmites and stalactites of the cave, and then continue to reach the coast of the Marche stopping for a stop in the panoramic Conero park.
The next few days will be spent in the seaside resort of Grottammare located on the Adriatic coast. A beautiful village that is divided into two distinct parts, between Grottammare Alta (ancient city) and the coastal part with fine sandy beaches and shallow waters, also ideal for families with children. In the days spent at the beach you can visit in addition to the city of Grottammare, also Offida, Ascoli Piceno and Ripatransone, all historic cities, rich in culture and particular charm.
